Jason Henderson is the Sr. Contracts Manager, Video Entertainment and Marketing, for Dish Network, focusing on consumer applications to transform interactive television. Previously he ran the iTV Apps platform for Verizon FiOS TV, with responsibility for new Gaming, Music, and TV Everywhere projects. Alex Van Helsing, his popular young adult series from HarperCollins, was named by the Texas Library Association to the 2011 Lone Star Reading List, a list of the top 20 new books for young readers. He also writes for games and comics, including the 2013 BEN 10 comic miniseries from IDW and the 2013 game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows from Activision. Henderson earned his BA from University of Dallas in 1993 and his JD from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., in 1996. Henderson lives in Colorado with his wife and two daughters.


Nathan Guetta, Vice President, Product and Technology, Conde Nast Entertainment: Nathan Guetta oversees all product and technology operations for Conde Nast Entertainment’s digital video division. He was instrumental in re-imaging CNÉ’s The Scene as a mobile-first, social video platform for web and iOS. Guetta was promoted to vice president, product and technology in 2016 after joining CNÉ the previous year as vice president, product. Prior to CNÉ, Guetta was Samsung Electronics’ London-based director of marketing, products and operations. While at Samsung, he worked on the company’s sports app Kick and on a news app jointly created with European media giant Axel Springer as part of a new strategic partnership between the companies. Previously, he headed content services for Vodafone. Guetta was one of the first employees and shareholders of Dailymotion, successfully driving the video network’s launch in 2006. He led Dailymotion’s products and project management team until 2009. Guetta has also held product management positions for several tech companies in his native France.


James Field is Product Manager for Infinite Video, Cisco’s cloud hosted and managed platform for delivering live and on demand content to any device.  Prior to this role James was was responsible for business development and communication for the global New Initiatives Research & Development team which became part of Cisco through the NDS acquisition in 2013.  In this role, James lead the company’s partner program with Silicon Valley-based technology companies in pursuit of new technology developments, and is instrumental in delivering convergent solutions for NDS customers worldwide. In addition to this role, James was also responsible for devising and implementing a Green House Gas reduction initiative program from both a products and facilities perspective for NDS worldwide. James has been with in the digital media business for more than 20 years, and brings a particular focus to rich media services for embedded devices, their future and the server side technologies that drive them. Most recently, he served as Director of Solutions for NDS’ Asia Pacific region, and as a secondment Chief Operating Officer in the Beijing office, where he managed the specification and delivery of interactive and Digital TV solutions for the surrounding areas. Prior to joining NDS, James worked at STAR TV as a Technical Engineering Manager. In this role, he worked closely with local satellite and cable redistributors, and coordinated the operation set-up and support of direct-to-home (DTH) satellite networks in Indonesia and India, including Indovision Digital Installation Company, Asia's first digital DTH broadcaster. James spent his early career working as an engineer at Pan Asian Systems, Atlas Wireline Service and Marconi Defense Systems. James earned his Master's and Bachelor’s degrees in electrical and electronic engineering, both from the University of Bath. He has also attended Cranfield University’s School of Management and served as an Officer in the Corps of Royal Engineers in the British Army.


Jay Samit, Author, Disrupt You!?: Mr. Samit was most recently the CEO of SeaChange starting in October 2014. Prior to that, he was president at ooVoo, a social video chat service with more than 100 million users. He was previously CEO of SocialVibe, a digital advertising technology company powering engagement for some of the world's top brands. Mr. Samit held senior executive roles with Sony and EMI, where he spearheaded these companies' digital media efforts. At Universal Studios, he built the first million-member social network for college students. Mr. Samit is also a serial entrepreneur, helping to innovate some of the first video technology with Intel and Microsoft, as well as launch the first multi-party video communications platform on mobile.


Fabian Birgfeld, founder and partner, W12 Studios: Fabian is founder and partner of W12 Studios. The agency was founded in 2012 in London with a strong focus on media and technology. W12 Studios has developed comprehensive design systems for the big screen, delivering content across the device ecosystem and has helped shape entirely new digital content formats for markets across the globe. W12 Studios' clients include Intel, Microsoft, NOS, Red Bull, Vodafone, BBC, Samsung, WatchWith, Beamly, Shazam, Verizon, and Okko among others.  Beforehand Fabian worked at frog design, Method and the BBC where he led the design teams for iPlayer, BBC News, BBC Sport and 2012 Olympics. Fabian has taught design and theory at Princeton University, Syracuse University and NJIT. His art and designs have been frequently exhibited in the US and Europe and won numerous awards. Born and raised in Germany, Fabian holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and a graduate degree in Architecture from Princeton University.


Frank Sinton is the CEO of Beachfront Media, a video solutions platform for publishers, advertisers, and enterprises. His industry experience spans Film, TV, Home Entertainment, Broadcasting, Publishing, Licensing, and Games. Kevin is a co-author of Deloitte’s Digital Media Maturity Model and speaks regularly on media consumption trends.
