With a deep understanding of the digital space, he most recently supported Matthew Santoro’s pursuit to become the number one Periscope in the world. As a result, of Hodorwicz’s strategic leadership, Santoro was named to Digiday’s 2015 social media star power list. Additionally, his direct support and attention to Elite Daily’s YouTube channel has delivered impactful growth by significantly increasing their audience base and reach through innovative optimization and collaborative talent activations. Finally, he oversees the partnership with Give Back Films, which has yielded an incredible amount of goodwill in local communities nationwide through the development of philanthropic and service based content aimed at improving families and local communities in need.

 

Rebecca Donohue, Director of Digital Content & Social Media, Vin Di Bona Productions (VDBP): producers of “America's Funniest Home Videos,” the longest-running, primetime entertainment show in the history of the ABC network, also known as “AFV.” Rebecca oversees the AFV Digital team in the production of all digital content across online platforms including Donohue produces, conceptualizes and executes innovative campaigns to expand AFV's fan base in the digital space. In addition to AFV, she works hand in hand with AFV's syndication partnerships and with the brand managers for Petsami, VDBP's pet-centric YouTube channel. Under Donohue's oversight and with the help of her dedicated team, AFV's digital footprint has experienced healthy growth with significant increase across all social media platforms. Prior to her work with AFV Digital, Rebecca wrote original concepts and copy for Maker Studios, E!'s “Fashion Police” with Joan Rivers, LA Times Web Marketing among other  properties. Rebecca is also a seasoned stand-up comedian who has performed in 30 out of the 50 states, as well as abroad with Navy Entertainment. She has appeared on “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn,” Comedy Central's “Premium Blend,” Logo's “One Night Stand Up” and a handful of Vh1's “Best Break ups,” “Awesome 90s,” “Worst Everything” type shows.

 

Juan Bruce, CEO and Co-Founder, Epoxy: With a background in technology, design, entertainment, and business Juan Bruce brings diverse experience to the Epoxy CEO role. Juan has closely followed online video from both a technology and creative perspective. In Juan's prior role as President, Digital at Team Downey, he oversaw both production of digital video and game projects and investment in digital media start-ups (including Maker Studios). An expert in innovation process, Juan also applied structured brainstorming and ideation techniques to the creation of Team Downey film and tv projects. Prior to joining Team Downey, Juan was Vice President at Continuum, a leading global design and innovation consultancy, where his teams helped entertainment companies understand consumer behavior. Juan was also a director at Brand Sense Partners, a leading entertainment products and branding firm. Earlier in his career, Juan worked at the renowned Silicon Valley design firm IDEO as a designer, engineer and project leader for companies including EA and Apple. Juan began his career, at BMW's Technology Office Palo Alto, working on advanced in-vehicle computing and interfaces. Juan recently interviewed Allen Deboise on the state of online video at a Stanford Business School Alumni fireside chat and spoke on Online Video as an Internet Business as the 2013 GRP Partners Investor Summit. Juan's previous speaking engagements have included seminars on technology, innovation and entertainment at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, the Stanford University Institute of Design "d.school", UCLA's Anderson School of Business and USC's Marshal School of Business, and VidCon. Juan holds a Bachelors in Product Design from Stanford University, a Masters in Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Juan also has a character named after him in an upcoming Downey franchise.

 

James Creech is the Co-Founder and CEO of Paladin Software.  Previously, James served as SVP, Growth for Bent Pixels, a top 25 MCN and next-generation media company. In that role, James identified a broader market need for software that the Bent Pixels team had developed to manage its network and led the efforts to license such technology to other MCNs and media companies.  With Ole Morten Amundsen and Thomas Kramer, he spearheaded the creation of Paladin as an independent company offering technology for digital video networks. James has brokered technology partnerships with top multi-channel networks, including Maker Studios, AwesomenessTV, DEFY Media, and Studio71. Driven by his passion for scaling growth, James is responsible for developing Paladin’s international footprint of client MCNs and media companies across five continents. James is also the creator and host of All Things Video, a podcast dedicated to uncovering the past and charting the future of the online video ecosystem. James graduated magna cum laude from USC with a B.S. in Business Administration, a B.A. in Political Science, and a minor in Film Production.

 

Mike Gaston is the CEO of Cut.com: Mike Gaston is the CEO of Cut.com, a next generation entertainment studio and leading creator of native-digital video content. His responsibilities include driving creative development, business strategy and exploring emerging business models for video. Before Cut, Gaston was the Creative Director for Super Frog Saves Tokyo (SFST), a video lab and boutique agency in Seattle. While leading SFST's branded efforts, Gaston captured novel methods of digital storytelling into rubrics for advancing models of predictive virality. His work has been featured in everything from The Wall Street Journal to TMZ, and his most recent projects include "The Primary Instinct," a feature length concert film distributed by FilmBuff and starring Stephen Tobolowsky, and the "100 Years of Beauty" series which was featured at TED.

 

Alex Lewis is an actor, director, writer, song writer, and video creator.  Between BuzzFeed, All Def Digital, Distractify, and many other content destinations Alex has contributed to many viral hits.  His personal channel youtube.com/i8athumbtack has over 40,000 subscribers with millions of hits.  His comedy band Lewberger has put out viral music videos and performed at numerous comedy venues.
