Charles Segars is a member of the Board of Directors for Ovation TV and Ovation New Media, as well as its Chief Executive Officer. He is founder of Segars Media, a content production company best known for Disney's National Treasure, National Treasure: The Book of Secrets, as well as National Treasure 3. He co-created and wrote the story for the franchise and serves as its Executive Producer. Additionally, Mr. Segars was a senior executive at DreamWorks Television and was Vice President of Primetime Specials and Late Night Programming at CBS Entertainment. He has held a number of other senior executive positions including Vice President of Program Development at Viacom Productions and Executive Producer of Program Development at MovieTime/E! Entertainment Television. His accomplishments have spanned a variety of ventures including new media content startups, cable and satellite networks, branded entertainment, and he is also the co-creator of Disney's National Treasure motion picture franchise. Most recently, Segars serves at DreamWorks Animation as a digital advisor to senior management and works on all aspects of DWA's diversification into new media including content creation, distribution, and monetization through Over The Top (OTT) and Multichannel Video Programming Distributors (MVPD) platforms. Segars launched the new YouTube/DreamWorks venture YouTube Nation and advises on other YouTube initiatives including Awesomeness TV


Tammy Glover is currently a production executive at TNT/tbs, a division of Turner Broadcasting, Inc., whose notable programs include Murder in the First, Last Ship, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee and The Detour with Jason Jones. Prior to that, she was VP of Production and then, SVP of Production at FremantleMedia, North America. FremantleMedia produces programs for network, cable, syndication and online platforms. Its slate included American Idol, America’s Got Talent, The Price Is Right and scripted programs including The Returned and The Wedding Band. Before joining Fremantle in 2011, Glover was VP of Production for Comedy Central, where she guided hits like Workaholics and Tosh.0 from development through their first cycles on the network and supervised everything from sketch comedy, to game shows, animation and long-form scripted shows on a network whose notable programs include The Daily Show, Inside Amy Schumer and South Park.
