Laura Nickerson, Media Host/Producer and On-Camera Consultant, MomAngeles Media LLC & The Randy Lane Co.: Laura has worked as an On-Camera Host/Reporter and Radio Personality for KCET, CTV, MomAngeles, KHTS, KFI, KTLK, TV Guide, HBO, SM16, Dance Channel TV, Broad Topics TV and Radio, Clear Channel Inc, and NBC/Universal. She hosts the weekly television show “The Buzz” for CTV and the podcast and #MomBlab series “Best of LA with Kristin and Laura” for MomAngeles alongside fellow radio personality Kristin Cruz. In her copious free time, she also works as an on-camera consultant for The Randy Lane Company, a personal branding and media consulting firm. Of all of the things Laura has accomplished, she says trying to get two kids to nap at the same time has been the most difficult.


Anna Ibbotson, President, Deep Focus LA: Anna’s multi-faceted background brings both Entertainment and Brand together. She has over 15 years of experience with an expansive roster of global and domestic clients, such as Kimberly Clark, HTC and Taco Bell. Prior to Trailer Park, Anna has led teams at several top-tier agencies including Y&R, Ogilvy & Mather and DraftFCB (now FBC), as well as expanding her career in the Post Production and Entertainment industry, for Network Television, Reality TV and Theatrical. Anna has a passion for building brands, integrating marketing disciplines, and expanding business opportunities to remain relevant and ahead of the curve within our digital, tech and innovative environment. She is an inspiring leader, skilled in building high-performance culture and teams, and a strategic thinker with a strong production and management background.


Stephanie Weier, founder and CEO, Mrs. Stephanie Weier is CEO and co-founder of Brandwood Global, Inc., a company specializing in providing a fair marketplace experience for both Entertainment Content Creators and Brands, worldwide. Mrs. Weier believes that Brandwood Global will change the paradigm of Hollywood’s branding and placement business, automating the way brand agents and studios traditionally interact by placing those relationships and negotiations on the web, resulting in a seamless marketplace that will level the playing field for buyers and sellers, worldwide. Mrs. Weier is an entrepreneur, filmmaker and author. In 2001, she founded The Domain Group Inc., an entertainment industry research, branding and product placement company. It has executed more than 5,000 product placement and branding deals since opening its Los Angeles offices. The Domain Group has worked on major films including The Social Network, Terminator 2, Crazy Stupid Love, and That Awkward Moment. It has grown to be highly respected and a leader in the entertainment industry. Mrs. Weier holds a degree in intellectual property and Cyber law from Concord Law University, and a master’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Education and a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing with a minor in film. As part of the community, Mrs. Weier has pursued her interests in filmmaking, she is an active member of Women in Film, Women of L.A. Venture Association, and in the Entertainment Marketing Resource Association. Recently a three-page interview article about her and Brandwood Global was published in the Magazine Drum, July 2016. In 2014, she published her debut book on entrepreneurship, Business Ninjas.


DE IVETT, President, 5D Spectrum: With decades of expertice in advertising, graphic design, interactive media, software and web development, De Ivett brings her creative and technical talents to lead the 5D Spectrum team. She puts problem solving at the core of every marketing, design, and development project to identify and address the issues that make the most impact for businesses, their clients and their employees. Personal and business branding are at the core of every successful project. De is on the Board of Ovation Music Fund working with community partners across the USA to help provide low income children under the age of 18 with a premiere music education experience. As an arts education advocate by day and bass player by night, De is dedicated to helping children receive quality music & arts education through in-school and after school enrichment programs.


Aimee Helfand is Founder and CEO of FamiLeague, one of the largest family-based video networks in digital.  FamiLeague is the next-generation, digital media family brand and producer of original premium content across multiple social platforms.  Helfand has more than 15 years of experience in producing and creating immersive content that focuses on a variety of storytelling and formats, having worked on blockbuster film franchises such as Mission Impossible, Harry Potter and Batman.  She is now bringing her traditional Hollywood expertise to the growing digital landscape. Prior to FamiLeague she founded BabyLeague, a trusted digital resource for new parents and families, in response to her own need as a mom to quickly find resourceful videos on how to navigate all things parenthood. Under her leadership, FamiLeague has collaborated with some of the most popular digital influencers in the family space, developed original franchises and channel partnerships that have captured more than 300+ million monthly views and over 3 million subscribers on YouTube.  She’s partnered with massive global brands such as Virgin Mobile, CVS Pharmacy, Naturepedic, Nexcare and Hallmark. Helfand’s keen business acumen for recognizing new opportunities to reach niche and new markets via storytelling led her to create FamiLeague.  In addition to providing a positive digital platform for professional athletes to shift the narrative around their persona outside of the game, the company’s key goal is to transform the way that families play, connect and consumer together in innovative ways. Helfand has a BFA in Film and Television from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and resides in Los Angeles with her daughter.


Nick Panella is a full-time media analyst for Workhouse Media, the leading talent and content management company in the radio + digital broadcast space. Nick has a background in applied mathematics from UCLA and previous to Workhouse worked in television production in Los Angeles. Nick blends his passion for media and math to monitor metrics from both traditional and digital media. Nick assists some of the largest personalities in the U.S. and Canada in a variety of spheres of entertainment from broadcasting, to television, to sports, to podcasting, to film, to eSports (video games), etc. Nick is also extremely well-versed and experienced at understanding and interpreting Nielsen ratings data (primarily for radio) in traditional media. Additionally, Nick is an expert at analyzing and extrapolating trends utilizing a combination of historical metadata as well as individual case studies for social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, and Periscope. Through analysis of thousands of personalities (using tools and software within and outside the platforms) and keeping up-to-date on all the newly implemented tactics and strategies, he is able to aid talent and brands in maximizing their growth and engagement (likes, comments, retweets, shares, etc.) within the platforms as well as capitalizing on and improving external forces (outside of the platform). He even created a social media/digital report for a former presidential candidate and lead the social media team for a charitable event in Zambia, Africa, lead by World Vision (one of the largest charity organizations in the world).
