Brian Popowitz is the Vice President and General Manager at Black Box, a modern music marketing agency that develops, grows and breaks artists through digital branding, strategy and partnerships. In 2011, he became the Director of Digital Marketing at Warner Bros. Records, where he met Black Box founder and CEO Livia Tortella. Brian is a marketing executive whose work redefines the role of artist management and branding in the digital age. He is a resource for all things related to digital media and data analytics, with the technical know-how and creativity to execute new ideas and strategies.


Jessica Hasson, founder, PulpPR: Jessica, named “Woman of Influence” by LA Business Journal 2015, is the founder of PulpPR and takes the lead in crafting and overseeing the execution of communication and media strategies. She builds effective and award-winning, community-driven campaigns. Jessica has over 15 years of experience in marketing and public relations, delivering consistent results for a wide range of clients across many industries including consumer electronics, gaming, digital entertainment, software, mobile and consumer products. In the world of tech, she has helped launch literally hundreds of startups and apps. Jessica develops and manages strategic traditional and social programs by engaging users through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Answer Campaigns and blogger outreach. Notable successes include campaigns for’s “Yes, We Can” viral video, Bombay Sapphire Gin, David Lynch Foundation, Philips Electronics, NBC, MAGIC Fashion Show, Togo’s and Constant Contact.
