Lippe Oosterhof is the CEO of Busker, the world’s first social video platform that powers rewarding, real-time and authentic interactions between creators and their audiences through the most engaging live streaming community. Oosterhof co-founded Busker in June of 2015 with the goal of creating a cohesive social channel and network where users could discover rewarding live video and interact with content creators.  Oosterhof is responsible for business strategy, product development process and growing Busker’s overall brand recognition. Prior to joining Busker, Oosterhof was the CEO of Livestation, a leading destination for distributing live television news content across the web, mobile and connected devices. He worked closely with a collection of premium news brands including CNN, CNBC, Al Jazeera, Bloomberg and BBC World News. Oosterhof has more than 15 years of professional experience in business development, sales, advertising and product management for a wide variety of digital content creation agencies and financial and professional service companies, including Dun & Bradstreet and ABN AMRO. He also has international experience working for firms across Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Oosterhof graduated from Sheffield Hallam University (UK) with a Masters of Science degree in International Business. He currently resides in the Los Angeles area.

John Mracek, CEO, NetSeer: As NetSeer's fearless leader, John has seen his fair share of the digital media evolution John joined NetSeer from Shopping.com, where he ran the company's ad network, business development, and merchant sales as VP and general manager of distributed commerce. Prior, he managed ad products and the introduction of Yahoo SmartAds as VP of advertising products at Yahoo!. Previous roles included CEO at Covia, president of AdKnowledge, and executive posts and entrepreneurial residencies at market-leaders, Adobe and Apple Computer. He holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT. Little known fact: back in the Jurassic Era of videogames, Mr. Mracek programmed the Atari Game Phoenix for the Atari 2600 system.

During this post, he defined and managed Yahoo!'s international music strategy and worked closely with local Yahoo! country divisions, record labels, and international affiliates to create, build, and market new local product offerings. In a short, 18-month span, Morrow piloted the release of Yahoo! Music into nine different countries. Shortly thereafter, Yahoo! Music became one of the top three most trafficked sites in six of those respective nations. Prior to his station as GM of Yahoo! Music International, Morrow served as Director of Product Strategy and Marketing for the Yahoo! Music domestic site. Under his guidance, Yahoo! Music evolved into the Internet's largest global entertainment destination with 40 million+ unique users and more than 250 million+ video views per month. Prior to LAUNCH Media's acquisition by Yahoo!, Greg served as LAUNCH's Vice President/Executive Producer, managing the company's Internet business unit.

 

Jeffrey Stansfield is the President and CEO of Advantage Video Systems, a leading technology provider to the broadcast, motion picture, television and motion graphics industries. Stansfield launched AVS in 2001 and has steadily built its clientele by focusing on one customer at a time. His slogan, “How can we make your day perfect?” drives him and his team to empower clients with the latest information and technology solutions. His company’s work encompasses workflow consultation, design, installation and integration. Stansfield has served as a general board member, treasurer and secretary of SMPTE (Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers). He supports many other industry organizations including the Creative Pro User Group Network, the Digital Cinema Society, the Hollywood Post Alliance, the Society of Television Engineers and the National Association of Broadcasters. His more than 25 years of experience includes the construction of broadcast facilities as well as technology services for production and post-production facilities, special effects businesses and motion graphics businesses.  Stansfield is a certified editor in Final Cut, Avid and Adobe Premiere, and a beta tester for Adobe After Effects and Premiere. He holds certifications in cabling systems, including fiber, and offers expertise in cameras, lighting, shared storage and asset management solutions.

 

Jenny Stiven, founder, Clio Consulting Group and Geeks With Grey Hair: Following on years of executive experience in the digital realm, Jenny Seelman Stiven created Clio Consulting in 2004 to act as client companies’ “inside” resource for digital production and strategy – mostly focusing on entertainment properties with a specialization in franchise management.Jenny began her career in TV Production in the late 80’s and has continued to hit the right waves at the perfect time to advance her career, remain fulfilled and - perhaps most importantly - feed her inner geek. With an adventurous spirit and a sharp mind, Jenny effectively taught herself HTML, Flash and CMS database tools, learning from some of the earliest pioneers in digital technology. Venturing from the studios, Jenny caught her first big wave – joining the digital revolution – as a founder of one of the earliest online programs, onlinelearning.net. Once the company was established, Jenny set off to explore other ways to develop online content for her true passion – Entertainment. Working with numerous digital agencies in executive roles, Jenny has produced groundbreaking campaigns for clients such as Namco, Midway, SCEA, Bandai, and Ubisoft. Additionally, during this period, she delivered award-winning campaigns for gaming and film properties like Myst, the Tomb Raider movie franchise, Robert Rodriguez’ Spy Kids films and Disney’s Mission to Mars. A prolific relationship with 20th Century Fox, acting as a Global Home Entertainment Digital Manager from 2008-2015, enabled Jenny to play in the digital and social sandbox - with geek toys - to her heart’s content.  She fed her inner 13-year-old with the Star Wars properties, the James Bond franchise, Predator franchise, Alien franchise, X-Files, the Whedon-verse (Buffy and Firefly) and more recently with TV series Archer, Sleepy Hollow, American Horror Story and Sons of Anarchy. Since May 2015, Jenny has moved to focus her consulting business on social fandoms - building fans’ relationships with IP-owners and studios, as well as establishing transactional value for both fandoms and studios.
