Michael Cruz is the Director of Digital Programming at Robert Kirkman’s Skybound Entertainment where he serves as an executive producer on non-traditional/new media content and oversees Owned and Operated content for Skybound’s own digital presence and associated verticals. Prior to Skybound Entertainment, Cruz was the Head of Youtube Programming at Whalerock Industries fka BermanBraun where he oversaw a team to build online communities and programming for premium channels Cinefix, Tasted, and Anime Vice as well as working closely with the team for Adam Savage and Jaime Heineman’s Tested.com platform. In his two years there, the O&O network garnered over 3 Million Subscribers and received over half a billion video views. Cruz has worked in various facets of production and development, but primarily directing and writing commercials, documentary, music videos, and independent features both locally and internationally; specializing in delivering high quality at a low cost. His first film made with the support of the UN toured to 11 developing countries and brought in close to 2 Million Dollars for charities local to Micronesia. He graduated from Pomona College with a B.A.s in Critical Media Studies, Theater Production, and Comparative Religions and from Chapman University with an M.F.A. in Film and Television Directing. He also trained closely under the mentorship of Award winning screenwriter David Ward.

 

Rich Sutton, Chief Revenue Officer, North America, Trusted Media Brands, Inc.: Rich Sutton has over 30 years of experience in management, marketing, start-ups, turnarounds and working to grow world-class brands. He is the author of Best Practices in Branded Entertainment for the Association of National Advertisers. His work with leading brands has been recognized by Ad Age, Forbes, AAAA, Adweek, and many industry publications. Previously, Rich served as Chief Revenue Officer for The Daily Mail and held leadership roles in digital media management, sales, and marketing at CBS, WebMd, and Warner Bros. Entertainment. He is a past Board Member of The Daily Mail US, Spectrum DNA, and Friskit

 

Yonatan Sela, VP Business Development & Product Strategy, YouNow: Yonatan was previously a VC at Venrock, a firm whose past investments include Apple, Intel, AppNexus and others. While at Venrock he focused on opportunities in the Media, FinTech and Bitcoin/Blockchain verticals, and was part of the team who made the investment at YouNow. Having worked closely with the YouNow team for months following the investment, he joined the company full time to lead its product and growth strategy. Yonatan’s first entrepreneurial endeavor was at Tvinci, an online video startup, where he spent 5 years as the first employee and head of marketing and product strategy, leading to 8 figures in recurring revenue and an acquisition in ‘14. Yonatan also co-founded Bookn'tell, an app that simplifies friend referrals for local service businesses. He is an Israeli Air Force Captain, a Boston Consulting Group alum and holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA in Economics and Eastern Philosophy.

 

Allison Stern is the Co-Founder of Tubular Labs, VP Business Development and VP Marketing. Before Tubular, Allison worked at YouTube, with the sales operations, product marketing, and business development teams. Prior to that Allison worked as a strategy consultant at the Corporate Executive Board advising Fortune 500 sales and marketing executives on business challenges. She has also helped media companies, including 20th Century Fox and AOL, develop compelling online experiences and increase user engagement. Allison holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she led the Stanford Future of Media Conference, and a B.A. from Yale University, where she led the Yale Television Station."

 

Michael Heller is CEO and Founder of branded entertainment agency Talent Resources, which leverages celebrity and social influencer relationships to authentically amplify the messaging of today’s brand innovators. After completing his Bachelor’s degree at New York University, Heller went on to receive his Juris Doctorate through an advanced program from the Benjamin N. Mariana Danilovic, CEO, hollywood portfolio:  Ms. Danilovic is the Founder and CEO of hollywood portfolio, an incubator and accelerator that develops and operates entertainment, digital media, and technology companies. Through hollywood portfolio, Ms. Danilovic launched and helped develop several digital media companies, and served as the President, CEO and Director of ultralivetv, serves on the Board of Directors of reframeit (observer), and the Board of Directors of Emerge Digital.   Ms. Danilovic was the EVP Business Development for NTN Buzztime, Inc. (AMEX:NTN) and Head of Business Development, Content Aggregation and Programming for MediaZone, broadband video company owned by NASPERS/MIH media conglomerate. She also founded and directed the Digital Media Incubator at KPMG LLP, which developed about two-dozen digital media companies. The companies Ms. Danilovic helped develop received institutional funding from KPCB, Sequoia Capital, Hummer-Winblad, Constellation Partners, Softbank, North Star Ventures, HP, and Intel.   Ms. Danilovic headed business development for Peter Guber’s Mandalay Entertainment and was on the management team of the venture fund at Sony Pictures Entertainment, investing in media companies worldwide. Ms. Danilovic also worked for Michael Milken’s Knowledge Exchange and at the Twentieth Century Fox International Television Group. She serves on the Board of Directors of C3, the Arts and Media Node of the Millennium Project, served on the Board of Directors of the Producers’ Guild of America, and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.   She previously served on the Board of Directors of Tim Draper’s Zone Club and was a member of former Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan's Digital Coast Roundtable. Mariana earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, with a Minor in Biomedical Engineering from University of California, San Diego.
