Urs Cete serves as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments, L.P. Mr. Cete joined the Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments in 2006. He serves as the Principal and Head of Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments at Mojiva, Inc. Prior to BDMI, Mr. Cete worked in Bertelsmann AG's Corporate Controlling and Strategy Department, where he was in charge of group controlling and group strategy. In that capacity he worked on strategic projects in all of Bertelsmann's media categories (television, radio, music, books, magazines and services). Prior to that, he worked and lectured for the Finance Department of the Handelshochschule Leipzig specializing in Corporate Valuation. Mr. Cete serves as a Member of Advisory Board at BLUE LION mobile GmbH. He serves on the Boards of Skimlinks since November 11, 2011; Mojiva, Inc., Qeep and Exit Games. He holds an MBA from Tulane University and graduated from the Handelshochschule Leipzig.

Adam Ostrow is the Chief Strategy Officer at Mashable, a role in which he is responsible for defining and implementing strategic initiatives across the organization. Adam is also a highly sought after speaker and has made presentations at TED Global, Cannes Lions, CES, SXSW Interactive, Advertising Week, Digitas NewFront and Guardian Changing Advertising Summit. Adam Harris, Senior Vice President of Sale Strategy and Partnerships, Mashable: Adam Harris, SVP of Sales Strategy and Partnerships: In this position Adam will be responsible for ensuring the company is properly positioned to purchase audience via automation, and with a long term vision of allowing brand partners to sell across all of Mashable's channels. Adam will also help select the right partners to allow advertisers to purchases the Mashable Audience on or off channel and platform.(add something about audience data/knowledge as we learn more about our audience and how to leverage that data) Adam joins joins the company from the Collective where he was SVP of product strategy and partnerships, responsible for all vendor relationships globally including DMP, DSP, inventory, data vendor, research and measurement companies. He also led product marketing and commercialization while at Collective. Adam has over a decade worth of experience and is a graduate of both Princeton and Yale.

 

Jennifer Perri, Director of Partnership Development & Multi-platform Strategy, Univision: Jennifer is currently the Director of Partnership Development & Multi-platform Strategy at Univision. Jen is an expert in YouTube network development, brand integration, audience development and influencer management. Since 2010, Jen has launched and developed networks for Seventeen Magazine (Hearst), Tastemade, Collective Digital Studios and co-founded BigFrame (acquired by Dreamworks).  She also has managed and developed some of the biggest YouTube influencers in the world including Jenna Marbles, Wassabi Productions, and SuperEEEgo.  From 2007 - 2010, Jen served as Production Manager and Digital Producer for 4 seasons of the Emmy nominated and Peabody award winning documentary series, Vanguard. From 2006 – 2007, Jennifer coordinated the sourcing and acquisition of hundreds of short form web content for air on Current TV.  In 2007, Current TV won the first Emmy award for Best Interactive Television Series at the Primetime Emmy Awards. Jen has a Bachelor degree from the University of San Francisco in Communication studies and is a San Francisco native.  She currently resides in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Adam Goldstein, VP Business Development at ZEFR: Adam Goldstein is VP, Business Development for ZEFR, the leading video technology company & data partner to major media companies and brands on YouTube and other social media platforms, where he focuses on partnering with platforms, film studios, music labels, TV networks, sports leagues, and other content owners in the US, LATAM, and APAC. Recent partners include Universal Pictures, Hasbro Studios, and Nintendo. Previously, Adam led entertainment business development and partnerships for Ustream, the leading live video platform at the time, and was instrumental in growing Ustream's presence in Hollywood. He started his career in management consulting, working with Fortune 100 companies on international growth and innovation. David Tochterman, CEO, Canvas Media Studios.  David co-founded Canvas with Emmy Award winning digital creator Bernie Su, with venture financing from Third Wave Partners, MNM Creative, and a strategic investment and partnership with Entertainment One.  David is also a partner in Pemberley Digital, a YouTube channel and media company which produces videoblog adaptations of classic literature, including two Emmy Award-winning interactive web series, The Lizzie Bennet Diaries and Emma Approved. David was an early digital media pioneer, launching the groundbreaking interactive branded video website ChannelBlast. Prior to co-founding Canvas, David was a digital strategy consultant for ABC Digital, PBS Digital Studios, Starz Digital, and founded Innovative Artists Digital Media, one of the first talent agency digital divisions.  In television, David was Executive Vice President of Will Smith's Overbrook Entertainment and Senior Vice President of the Carsey Werner Company, where he played an integral role in hit shows including That 70's Show, 3rd Rock From the Sun, and was an Executive Producer of Grace Under Fire.
